Vargas signe à Hoffenheim
“Je ne suis pas seulement venu ici pour les fans, les stades et l’ambiance qu’il y a en Allemagne. Je suis venu par-dessus tout car j’ai l’opportunité de montrer mon style de jeu offensif et agressif dans l’un des meilleurs championnats du monde“ a déclaré Vargas sur le site internet d’Hoffenheim.
Cet été, le joueur de 25 ans avait aidé le Chili à remporter la Copa America en finissant meilleur buteur de la compétition avec quatre buts.

Vargas joins Hoffenheim
Eduardo Vargas, who took part in the 2008 Toulon Tournament, has joined Hoffenheim from Napoli. The Chilean striker has penned a four-year-deal with the Bundesliga side. The transfer fee is believed to be around €6M.
“I'm not only looking forward to the fans, the stadiums and the atmosphere in Germany, but above all the chance to show my aggressive and offensive game in one of the best leagues in the world," Vargas said to the Hoffenheim website.
This summer, Vargas helped Chile to win the Copa America by finishing as the tournament’s best-scorer with four goals.
