Elia offre la Coupe des Pays-Bas au Feyenoord !
C’est assurément un moment inoubliable ! Eljero Elia, passé par le Tournoi de Toulon en 2008, a permis au Feyenoord Rotterdam de vaincre le FC Utrecht (2-1) lors de finale de la Coupe des Pays-Bas en marquant le but vainqueur. A la 75e minute, l’international néerlandais (28 sélections) a donné l’avantage à son équipe et a envoyé par la même occasion les fans du Feyenoord au septième ciel ! Le joueur de 29 ans a joué un rôle clé dans cette finale et a aidé la formation d'Eredivisie à remporter son premier trophée depuis 2008. Par ailleurs, Dirk Kuyt (Tournoi de Toulon 1999) a également été décisif durant cette rencontre puisqu’il a délivré une passe décisive lors du premier but du Feyenoord.
