Ce Festival, Michel Bonnus l’a découvert quand il était tout jeune. Depuis, il n’a jamais cessé de le suivre. A quelques jours du lancement de la 44e édition du Festival International Espoirs, l'adjoint aux sports à la ville de Toulon partage sa vision de cet événement.
