Première convocation avec le Maroc pour Al Asbahi !
Anas Al Asbahi, finaliste du Tournoi de Toulon 2015 avec le Maroc, s’apprête à connaître le plus haut niveau international. Le milieu du Wydad Casablanca a été convoqué par le sélectionneur Hervé Renard afin d’affronter l’Albanie en match amical (31 août) ainsi que Sao Tomé et Principe (4 septembre) pour le compte des éliminatoires de la CAN 2017.
Le joueur de 22 ans a ainsi été récompensé pour ses prestations convaincantes en championnat et en Ligue des Champions africaine. Son club est d’ailleurs qualifié pour les demi-finales de la compétition.
