Orlando Berrio, who took part in the Toulon Tournament 2010, has earned his first international cap with Colombia during the 1-0 win over Paraguay in the World Cup 2018 qualifier on this Friday. The 25-year-old came off the bench after 82 minutes to replace Juan Cuadrado.
The Atletico Nacional forward was rewarded for his performances with his club : this season, Berrio has netted 16 goals in 45 games in all competitions with the Medellin-based club. Berrio, who is an Atletico Nacional youth academy product, has clinched 4 Colombian league titles and won a Copa Libertadores with Los Verdolagas.
