Ronaldo’s hat trick sent Real Madrid into the CL semi-finals !
Once again, he made the difference ! Cristiano Ronaldo, runner-up of the Toulon Tournament 2003, helped Real Madrid to earn a Champions League semi-final spot as he netted three goals against Wolfsburg (3-0) during the second leg of the quarter-final ! The Portuguese star has quickly cancelled out the Wolfsburg two-goal lead from the first leg as he scored two goals after 17 minutes. Then, the 31-year-old added another one after 77 minutes with a free-kick.
Thanks to his performance, Ronaldo took his Champions League tally for the season to 16 goals !
