Janssen scored his first international goal with Netherlands !
After earning his first international cap with Netherlands against France last week, Vincent Janssen, who took part in the Toulon Tournament 2015, has made his first start for the Oranje against England in a friendly (2-1) on Tuesday.
The AZ Alkmaar striker rewarded the Dutch head coach’s confidence as he made an incredible performance : the 21-year old has netted his first international goal and made also an assist against England.
This performance caps a fantastic season for Janssen who is currently the Eredivisie top scorer (20 goals). What a remarkable rise for a player who was still playing in Dutch second division during the last season !
