Celis made his international debut with Colombia

Guillermo Celis, who took part in the Toulon Tournament 2013, has made his international debut with Colombia in the 3-2 victory over Bolivia during the World Cup 2018 qualifier on Friday. The Junior Barranquilla midfielder has played the full 90 minutes and has produced a convincing performance.
Despite his display, Celis will not have the opportunity to earn his second international cap during this week. The 22-year-old was left out of the senior squad and sent to the U23 team for the 2016 Rio Olympics playoff series against the USA.
