Filipe Luis, who took part in the Toulon Tournament 2004, is living a resurrection with Atletico Madrid. The Brazilian left back was re-signed by the Spanish side from Chelsea during the last summer after spending a difficult season at Stamford Bridge. Upon making his return to the Atletico Madrid squad, Filipe Luis has settled back into a first-choice role as he played 34 games in all competitions this season and has started every game.
Meanwhile, Filipe Luis, who has 21 international caps to his name, has cemented his place as Brazil’s first-choice left-back over the last months. Thanks to his performances, Filipe Luis reaffirmed his status as one of the best full-backs in the world !
