We are delighted to announce that Cuba will compete in the Toulon Tournament 2017. The Festival gives us the opportunity to discover new football talent from all continents and we are proud to welcome the Cubans for the first time.
The Cuba senior national team took part in the World Cup 1938 played in France and 79 years later, as a symbol, the Caribbean nation comes back to our country with its U20 squad to compete in our tournament.
Ten nations have already confirmed their place for the Toulon Tournament 2017 : Wales, Ivory Coast, Scotland, France, England, Mali, Japan, Czech Republic, Bahrain and Cuba with the two remaining nations to be announced soon.
The Toulon Tournament 2017 will be held from May 29 to June 10. The competition will feature 12 teams placed in 3 four-team groups.
