Moses Simon shines as Nigeria move closer to World Cup

Nigeria earned a 1-1 draw against Cameroon during their World Cup 2018 qualifier on this Sunday. This result means the Super Eagles have ten points after four matches.

Nigeria can thank Moses Simon who netted the opener. The Gent forward, who played the Toulon Tournament in 2013, gave the lead to his side after 30 minutes thanks to his fourth goal in 12 international appearances.

Nigeria are close to secure their spot at the World Cup 2018 as they only need a point against Zambia in October.
