Cerro Porteno, one of the Paraguay’s most successful clubs, wrote a new chapter in the club's history books as they clinched the Primera Division title for the 32th time in their history after the 3-2 win over Sol de America.
Only one year after his participation to the Toulon Tournament 2016 with Paraguay, Josué Colman has won his first major trophy. Despite his young age, the 19-year-old midfielder established himself as a regular for the Azulgrana : he played 32 league games this season including 28 as a starter.
Thanks to this title, Cerro Porteno secured their spot for the Copa Libertadores 2018.
