Les membres de l’organisation du « Festival International Espoirs – Tournoi Maurice Revello » ont appris avec une immense tristesse le décès de Francis Smerecki à l’âge de 68 ans.
Entraîneur exemplaire, l’ancien technicien français est entré dans l’histoire du Festival International Espoirs en remportant la compétition en 2015. Sous sa houlette, les Bleuets avaient réalisé un parcours parfait en décrochant cinq victoires en autant de rencontres.
