The 47th edition of the Maurice Revello Tournament will be held from 1st to 15th June. Among the 12 participating nations, we find triple title holders England : they will try to equal the record held by France, only nation to have won four Maurice Revello Tournament titles in a row. Runners-up of the last edition, Mexico will compete as well in this year's edition. Like the country host France. About the other European teams, Portugal (9th in 2018) will be there as well as a team not seen since 2002 in the south of France, Republic of Ireland. Another nation is back, Bahrain, which came for the first time in 2017. Japan, China and Qatar are the other Asian nations. We cross the Pacific Ocean to arrive in South America, Brazil and Chile are back after respectively one and four years of absence. And finally, the new and last team is Guatemala.
England, Chile, Japan and Portugal have been drawn in the group A. The group B features France, Brazil, Guatemala and Qatar : it wil be the opportunity to see a highly-anticipated clash between France and Brazil at Salon-de-Provence. Bahrain, China, Ireland and Mexico are in the group C (find out the full schedule here).
