Qatar defeated Bahrain in the ranking game for the 11th and 12th places (1-1, 2-4 pen). After the opener for Bahrain, scored by Hasan in the first half (28'), the Albert Caballeria's side had to wait until the 67th minute to equalize thanks to Mazeed. Qatar finally made the difference after the penalty shootout.
With four defeats in four game, Bahrain finish at the bottom of the Maurice Revello Tournament 2019 table. Qatar clinch their first victory in the competition and finish 11th.
