L'historique de la France au Tournoi Maurice Revello
Nation la plus titrée avec douze victoires, l'équipe de France est aussi celle qui compte le plus de participations puisqu'elle prendra part au Tournoi Maurice Revello pour la 43e fois en 48 éditions depuis 1967. Placés dans le groupe A avec l'Arabie Saoudite, l'Argentine et le Panama, les Bleuets n'auront pas la tâche facile pour accéder aux demi-finales et espérer conquérir un trophée qui se refuse à eux depuis 2015. Pour ce faire, la sélection U20 emmenée par Bernard Diomède, lui-même ancien participant au Tournoi en 1993, disposera d'atouts de poids dans son effectif. L'historique de la France dans la compétition prouve aussi à quel point de nombreux Tricolores se sont révélés sur les pelouses provençales.
