L'Indonésie est de retour en 2022 pour fêter la deuxième participation au Tournoi Maurice Revello de son histoire. Après une première très prometteuse et étonnant en 2017, la Tim Garuda revient cinq ans plus tard pour de nouveau progresser. Aux côtés du Ghana, du Mexique et du Venezuela dans le groupe B, les Indonésiens n'auront pas la tâche facile mais tenteront de faire mieux qu'en 2017, où ils avaient brillé collectivement malgré leur onzième place au classement final.
