Japan - Mediterranean Selection (3-3): post-match reactions
A thrilling match. For their last encounter of the tournament, Japan and the Mediterranean Selection provided us with a magnificent spectacle (3-3), which was ultimately decided by a penalty shootout won by the Selection, thus ending the tournament in style. Let's discover the post-match reactions.

"It's an extraordinary human adventure! We created this group in 48 hours, and the spirit and effort put in were commendable. We realized that we were not far behind nations that participate in international competitions and have talented squads. We are very happy for the boys; it showcased their skills. Even though we lost matches due to minor details, we lived up to expectations."
"This experience was a rapid learning process. As a staff, we aspire to train at the highest level. It's not part of our daily routine yet, but if we put in the effort, we can still experience great emotions through football."
Henrique Tavares (Mediterranean Selection Goalkeeper):
"We could have performed better in certain aspects, especially avoiding individual mistakes in some matches. It's a shame because by rectifying those errors, we could have truly surprised everyone in this tournament. For a team created in 48 hours, we did really well."
"I will cherish only good memories from this tournament and this team, whether it's at the hotel with my teammates or outside. We formed strong bonds, and we will continue to stay in touch with some of them. We are now like a family. I hope everyone excels in their careers and goes as far as possible."
