Le marché des transferts bat son plein et de nombreux joueurs changent d’horizon durant cet été. C’est le cas de certains joueurs passés par le Festival International Espoirs. Alberto Gilardino, champion du monde en 2006 avec l’Italie et passé par le Festival en 2000, s’offre un nouveau challenge en rejoignant Guangzhou Evergrande, l’actuel champion d’Asie. De son côté, Antonio Nocerino, le milieu de terrain de l’AC Milan, rejoint le Torino qualifié pour l’Europa League.

A signaler également que Makoto Hasebe, qui a disputé le Festival en 2003, a signé à l’Eintracht Francfort, formation de Bundesliga L’occasion pour le milieu de terrain d’oublier une Coupe du Monde ratée avec le Japon.

The transfer window is now in full swing and some players who took part in the Toulon Tournament are concerned by a move. Alberto Gilardino, the World Cup 2006 winner who took part in the Festival in 2000, joins Gunagzhou Evergrande, the current Asian champions. Another Italian player, Antonio Nocerino left AC Milan and moved to Torino, qualified for the Europa League.

It should be also noted that Makoto Hasebe, who contested the Festival in 2003, signed for Eintracht Francfort, the Bundesliga side. The opportunity for the Japanese midfielder to forget a disappointing World Cup 2014.
