C’est l’un des transferts les plus importants de ce mercato d’été ! Après une excellente Coupe du Monde 2014 ponctuée par le titre de meilleur buteur (6 buts), James Rodriguez vient de rejoindre le Real Madrid, l’actuel champion d’Europe. Les Madrilènes ont dépensé près de 80M€ pour s’attacher les services du meilleur joueur du Festival International Espoirs en 2011 ! Le milieu offensif colombien portera le numéro 10 au sein de la formation merengue.
Il y a également eu d’autres transferts importants impliquant des joueurs passés par le Festival. Loic Rémy, passé par le tournoi en 2007, rejoint Liverpool pour la somme de 13,3M€. Dans le même temps, Yacine Brahimi, qui a disputé le Festival en 2010, quitte Granada pour rejoindre Porto. La formation portugaise a déboursé 6,5M€ pour faire signer l’international algérien

The Spanish side spent around 80M€ to sign the Toulon Tournament 2011 best player ! The Colombian attacking midfielder will wear the n°10 shirt.
There were others main transfers which involved players who took part in the Festival. Loic Rémy, who contested the tournament in 2007, signed for Liverpool. The Premier League runners-up agree a 13,3M€ deal with QPR for the French striker. In the same time, Yacine Brahimi, who took part in the Toulon Tournament in 2010, left Granada and joined Porto. The Portuguese team spent 6,5M€ to sign the Algerian attacking midfielder.
