La France balaye les Pays-Bas et va en finale
Ce sont pourtant les Bleuets qui débloquent la rencontre peu avant la vingtième minute de jeu. Les hommes de Francis Smerecki jouent rapidement un coup franc lointain. Habran (FRA, 20) est servi et déclenche un missile qui termine dans la lucarne. L’inspiration du Sochalien est superbe et donne confiance aux Bleus. Les Pays-Bas, sonnés, repartent ensuite de l’avant. La frappe de Vloet (NED, 9) effleure le poteau d’un Souchaud (FRA, 18) scotché sur sa ligne. Kaabouni (FRA, 10) riposte et oblige Bertrams (NED, 16) à réaliser un arrêt de grande classe.
Les partenaires de Bodiger (FRA, 6) entame la seconde période parfaitement. Bahlouli (FRA, 18) obtient un pénalty que Kaabouni (FRA, 10) transforme. Quelques minutes plus tard, Lemar (FRA, 11) s’arrache pour gratter un ballon vers la surface. Il sert Nnomo (FRA, 14) qui n’a plus qu’à finir le travail. Les Pays-Bas sont assommés et semblent abdiquer. Pas vraiment inquiétée, la France gère tranquillement la fin de partie et ajoute même un quatrième but par l’intermédiaire de Crivelli (FRA, 9). Un but qui éjecte les Pays-Bas de la deuxième place au profit des USA. Prochain rendez-vous pour les Bleus dimanche en finale au stade Mayol de Toulon. Ce sera soit face au Maroc, soit contre le Mexique.

A huge win against Netherlands and the final for France
After a demonstration, France, thanks to a brilliant second half with three goals scored, beat Netherlands (4-0) and keep the lead of the group A. The game starts in a slow rythm. Both teams keep the ball and wait for the right moment. Netherlands are better in their offensive sequences but can’t get chances on Souchaud’s (FRA, 16) net. However, les Bleuets take the lead after twenty minutes. Francis Smerecki’s boys quickly play a free-kick from distance. Habran (FRA, 20) is found and sends a powerful shot right in the top corner.
France starts very well the second half. Bahlouli (FRA, 18) gets a penalty. Kaabouni (FRA, 10) takes it and scores. Few minutes later. Ater a great pass from Bodiger (FRA, 6), Lemar (FRA, 11) enters in the box and crosses to Nnomo (FRA, 14) who scores. Mentally down, Netherlands seem to give up. Not really worried, France keep the ball until the end of the game and score a fourth goal thanks to Crivelli (FRA, 9). A goal which eliminates Netherlands, who fall to the third place and let the second spot to USA. Next game for France on Sunday, for the final of the tournament at Stade Mayol, against Morocco or Mexico.
