Cambiasso, the Olympiakos leader
Esteban Cambiasso, who took part in the 1996 Toulon Tournament, will be 36 in August but with the workrate he puts in, you wouldn’t know. Despite his age and some injury problems, the Olympiakos player has shown this season that he’s still a top quality player. The Argentinian midfielder has helped Olympiakos to win the Greek Super League for a record 43rd time with six matches to spare as he played 12 league games and scored 2 goals. The former Inter Milan midfielder (2004-2014) has brought calmness to his team thanks to his huge experience. Cambiasso is not just a leader on the pitch, he is a leader off it too : that’s why he’s a great role model to inspire his teammates…
