Nasser Abdulsalam Al Ahrak (Qatar midfielder) : “We faced a tough opponent”
Qatar lost their opening game against Mexico (1-4) on this Saturday. After the game, the Cultural Leonesa midfielder Nasser Abdulsalam Al Ahrak shared his thoughts.
“We played against a tough opponent. We started the game without any focus, that's why we conceded an early goal. In the second half, we played much better. We are here to prepare for the upcoming expectations. It's a long journey for us. We are here to learn from our mistakes and do better in the next games. We are facing players older than us. So far, we've done our best. We have to stay focused all the time on the physical and mental sides.”
