Tammy Abraham, a giant in full growth
The double title holders England earned a narrow win over China in their Toulon Tournament 2018 opener. The Young Lions are aiming to move up a gear on this Tuesday against Mexico (19:30, Salon-de-Provence). The Chelsea giant Tammy Abraham could be the player who will fire England to a successful campaign.

The 20-year-old striker is obviously one of the marquee names of the 46th edition of the Toulon Tournament. Abraham, who earned two appearances with the England senior squad, leads England to a win in their opening game against China (2-1) as he scored a late winner.
Despite his goal, the Chelsea player wants to do better and adapt quickly to the climate. “As you see, it was hot against China. You seem to lose breathe quite easily”, he said.
Meanwhile, the London-born is expecting a ramp-up from the Young Lions in the upcoming days. “We know now what the tournament expects of us. We know we are one of the best teams here. So we have to keep proving and keep winning”
England are obviously one of the favorites of the tournament. Abraham doesn’t seem afraid by this status. He looks ready to carry the Young Three Lions hopes on his shoulders.
