Lloris, Mandanda, Sidibé, Kimpembe and Lemar crowned world champions
France clinched the second World Cup in country’s history after beating Croatia in the final (4-2) on this Sunday at the Loujniki Stadium (Moscow).
Several players Maurice Revello Tournament former players are part of that French national team coached by Didier Deschamps (who won the Maurice Revello Tournament 1988).

We think about notably about Hugo Lloris. Twelve years after being named best goalkeeper of the Maurice Revello Tournament (2006), the captain of Les Bleus (104 caps) has lifted the international football's most prestigious trophy. The Tottenham keeper played a key role in this success as he made a number of fantastic saves notably during the quarter-final against Uruguay and then in the semi-finals against Belgium.
We can also talk about the goalkeeper Steve Mandanda, the defenders Djibril Sidibé and Presnel Kimpembe as well as the midfielder Thomas Lemar. All of them have started at least one game in this World Cup.
