It was crucial game for both teams to still have a chance to qualify for the semi-finals. The Chinese, thanks to a Huanhuan Shan brace, had the lead at the end of the first half. During the second half, Mohamed Hardan reduced the deficit by scoring a penalty, but Jinghang Hu netted another goal three minutes later. Liangming Lin added a fourth goal to the score board.
