Valentin Carboni, who came on against Bayern Munich on Tuesday, made the first Champions League appearance of his career for Inter. The 17-year-old midfielder had already made his first appearance at the San Siro a few days earlier against AS Roma in Serie A. It was an emotional week for the young player.

Finally, another Argentinian in the 2022 squad has also had a turbulent few days. After a full season with Rosario Central, Facundo Buonanotte has signed for English club Brighton. The 17-year-old attacking midfielder will leave his hometown club to join the Premier League this winter. A big leap forward for the young player.
