Today at Stade Marcel Roustan in Salon-de‑Provence, the Maurice Revello Tournament wrapped up with the third-place playoff and the grand final, delivering exciting conclusions to the 2025 edition.

Denmark vs Mexico – Third-Place Playoff (2–1):
In a tightly contested match for third place, Denmark edged Mexico 2–1. The first half ended in a stalemate, despite early Danish pressure and a near-miss from Emil Rohd. The breakthrough came just before halftime, when Alexander Lyng capitalized on a defensive mistake to slot home (40′). Mexico responded promptly—Diego Sanchez equalized with a clinical finish (44′). The second half saw balanced play until an own goal by Mexico’s Bernardo Parra off a Pontus Texel cross sealed the victory for Denmark (83′). With this result, Denmark finishes third, while Mexico settles for fourth place

France vs Saudi Arabia – Final (3–1):
The final pitted France against surprise finalists Saudi Arabia. France struck early—Tabibou Dehmaine chipped the goalkeeper in the 2nd minute (2′), then extended the lead just before halftime with a composed penalty from Steve Ngoura (44′). Saudi Arabia struggled to penetrate the French defense and couldn’t convert their chances. Despite a spirited effort, they couldn’t recover, and after another penalty scored by Ngoura again, France secured a 3–1 victory to claim their 14th Maurice Revello Tournament title.
